CONFIDENTIALITY RULES

Following the registration of the customer on the site www.seasonstudio.fr and the validation of his account by SEASON

STUDIO, the client accesses the drawing catalog and agrees to abide by the confidentiality, non-use and non-disclosure rules set forth below.

Access to the catalog is strictly confidential. The customer undertakes to guarantee its complete confidentiality and not to communicate it to a third party.

The designs presented in the catalog are the exclusive property of SEASON STUDIO and the authors.

The client guarantees that the drawings presented on the site www.seasonstudio.fr will not be disclosed, distributed, copied, reproduced, described, shown to a third party, in any medium whatsoever, with the sole exception of the client's close team and on the condition that the latter is subject to the same rules of confidentiality, non-use and non-disclosure.

The customer undertakes not to keep any copy of the drawings after consulting the catalog, and is responsible for the respect of this obligation by his teams.

At the end of the consultation of the catalog, the customer will be able to choose to buy one or several drawings. This purchase will result in the edition of an invoice. After payment of this invoice, the purchased drawings become the exclusive property of the customer who can then reproduce them within the limits of the purchased license. All drawings not purchased remain subject to this confidentiality agreement and the exclusive property of SEASON STUDIO and the authors.

CONFIDENTIALITY RULES, OF NON-USE AND NON-DISCLOSURE

Following the customer's registration on the site www.seasonstudio.fr and the validation of his/her account by

SEASON STUDIO, the client can access the catalog of drawings and guarantees he/she will respect the confidentiality rules, of non-use and non-disclosure below.

Access to the catalog is strictly confidential. The client undertakes to guarantee his/her perfect confidentiality and not to share it with a third party.

The drawings presented in the catalog are the exclusive property of SEASON STUDIO and the authors.

The customer guarantees that the drawings presented on the site www.seasonstudio.fr will not be disclosed, broadcasted,copied, reproduced, described, shown to a third party, in any medium whatsoever, with the sole exception of the team close to the customer and on the condition that the latter is subject to the same confidentiality rules, of non-use and non-disclosure.

The customer agrees not to keep any copy of the drawings after consulting the catalog, and emphasizes the respect of this obligation by its teams.

After viewing the catalog, the customer can choose to purchase one or more designs. This purchase will result in the issue of an invoice. After payment of this invoice, the drawings purchased then become the exclusive property of the customer who can then reproduce them within the limit of the license purchased. All non purchased designs remain subject to this confidentiality agreement and exclusive property of SEASON STUDIO and the authors.
